Mass: 895g
History: Purchased by Marcin Cimala in December 2013 from a dealer in Erfoud, Morocco.
Petrography: (A. Irving and S. Kuehner, UWS) Closely-packed, medium to large sized (0.6-3.3 mm), well-formed chondrules. Minerals are olivine, orthopyroxene, pigeonite), subcalcic augite, sodic plagioclase, troilite, chromite, chlorapatite and altered kamacite.
Geochemistry: Olivine (Fa3.1-57.9, N = 9; Cr2O3 content of ferroan olivine = 0.02-0.12 wt.%, mean 0.07±0.03 wt.%, N = 7), orthopyroxene (Fs2.7-7.7Wo0.8-0.9, N = 3), pigeonite (Fs23.4Wo12.3), subcalcic augite (Fs5.6Wo34.2). Magnetic susceptibility log ? (× 10-9 m3/kg) = 4.94.
Classification: Ordinary chondrite L3. L group designation based on magnetic susceptibility.
